This is somewhat common. It's usually a cable that's not plugged in all the way. Check out the answers to Why is my screen black? and Replaced LCD and it doesn't respond!

Thank you. I could fix that Problem, but now, the iPhone doesnt start up. The Apple appears, and then the screen goes white.

When I reset the Phone with the DFU mode, it works fine until it restarts after the reseting. Then, the screen also goes white.

Is there any solution for that problem?

check your battery connections. this is the most likely culprit for apple logo cycling on and off-not enough power to boot to home screen. check pins aren't flattened and are in good contact with motherboard, clean all connections with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush to remove any dirt that might have got in when you opened the phone.

if this doesn't work you need to start your own question... and give lots of history about why you replaced the screen and how..

Not really.

I know, that the company in switzerland which "repairs" all the handys (its one company for whole CH) is not allowed to open up the iPhone. (i think it may be the same in other countries, they only look if the glass is broken or if the water indicator is red)

So i put it together and brought it to the swisscom store for a warranty check. They've sent me a new one.

So, i've lied a bit but who cares? ;-)

I think i had the issue because of an electrostatic discharge. I'm an electronician and i know from my work, how dangerous this ESD is for the electronics. My mistake was, to do it at home and not on my workingplace, which is ESD protected with special shoes, wrist band etc.
