Why is there no sound
I have an i pod classic 30 giga byte an when i try to play a song there's no sound appears.and the the song lenght dosn't move and it still to 0 what i can do?

I recommend using the 5R's for the iPod to see if you can fix the problem through a reset or a restore. Unfortunately, iPod Classics did not come in a 30 GB Model, only in 80, 120, 160 GB. You can use our ID your iPod guide to figure out exactly what iPod you have.

I reset it an nothing change and it's iPod Video (or 5th Gen iPod)
Try Restoring the iPod to see if that fixes the problem.
