No Network Signal but finds carriers, Blue coil?

Hi,

My Iphone 4 doesn't connect to any network... Is says "Searching" and then goes to "No Signal".

If I go to "Carrier" in settings and disable the "Automatic" option it finds all the available networks in range...

I've looked everywhere for a solution and I the only one that I've found that may relate to my problem is the blue coil solding but before I try this solution I wanted to be sure that It may be my problem...

Because no one that says that the problem with their phone was the blue coil talks about the phone being able to list the carriers... The other thing is that I have normal wifi connection...

Can anyone help me? Do I really need to fix the blue coil?

Thanks in advance

Hi Nick,

Unfortunatly I haven't found a solution still... I've ordered some parts and I'm waiting for them...

If the parts doesn't fix my problem I will try the blue coil jump and I'll post here the results...

The answer to your questions, how to fix the blue inductor coil causing a signal problem, the solution is easy we have repaired many with a 100% success rate. If you look at the signal antenna which you plug the cable into, simply run a wire from the left side bridge it to the right side point on the blue coil and follow it all the way to the furthest (right) component on the top left side. This will act as a 'bypass route' and your signal will start to work again.

All it takes is a bit of micro-soldering knowledge and some 0.1mm wire and basing soldering equipment. This will fix your problem guaranteed, providing it was the missing blue coil that caused your signal issue in the first place.

Kind regards,
