After replacing the iphone 4 screen by following the ifixit directions the phone switches on but its a white light (no display). Do you know what may have happened?

Dhiren, i think that your display connector is not proprely fixed to the motherboard

make sure you havent torn the ribbon for the display. I have made this mistake before

Maybe just try a soft reset: Hold the Power Button for two seconds followed by the homebutton until it turns off. Then restart.
