ring behind security slot broke
The detent ring behind the security slot broke. I am unable to use a security cable now, it pulls right out.

I'm look at one right now and I don't see a ring. What type of locking cable are you using? This is part of the bottom case and not separate so you would need to replace it. Here's the part: [produto vinculado ausente ou desativado: IF155-013]
