I’ve had the same issue with my Samsung VRT front load washer. We’ve replace the thermistor and the tachometer (hall) sensor. Still won’t calibrate. Still have the 3E issue. No visible damage to the direct drive motor, no signs of over heating. Connectors all look good and seat properly. I’m going to try and replace the control board and see if that helps.  Next option is to scrap the set and buy new I guess…
