I did a hard drive upgrade, and at first, my screen was blank, but would show up on my TV, it turns out the cable's lock is VERY sensitive, and you have to plug it in properly, then be careful with the LCD. For some reason, it does not work when I had the torx screws around the LCD in too tight.
