Drive belt comes off new/old

Rider ys4500

Drive belt was coming off change it out still throws belt

Looks like rearend fan and pulley is tilted down and/or the guides are bent out

Not noticed ant guides bad none loose

Soon as take brake off throws the belton rearend pulley

Open for ideas gave up tonight will tackle tomorrow lol
