My idea: because the fault appears when heating, the heater has a electrical short. [guide|159444|Open the machine] and find the heater. You can measure its resistance, it should be around 40 Ohms for a 230 V machine. If not, replace it.

Another possibility: the issue is a broken capacitor on the motherboard, find the motherboard. The capacitor should look like these e.g. in [guide|146400|Nespressos. Replace it, (or both, If there are more) hopefully this will do the trick.
