I would try pulling the battery, see if that has an effect, and then reseat the RAM, and see if that has an effect. If that doesn't work, I'd let it sit overnight with AC disconnected and battery removed. Sometimes laptops will retain a "bad setting", and letting them fully discharge with no power source resets them. Couldn't hurt to do the standardsstandard resets again as well without the battery.
