Electric drive motor not working properly, turning wheel is blocked

My ID3 has worked for a few days. Now is just stopped and can’t drive. It keep saying that electric drive motor is not working properly, the turning wheel is blocked and i can’t move it to turn the car, I can start the car but can’t drive, cannot put it in D or R . Any suggestions?? The car is produced in China and currently the car is in Europe so i can’t send to Volkswagen

It keep saying that electric drive motor is not working properly, the turning wheel is blocked and i can’t move it to turn the car, I can start the car but can’t drive, cannot put it in D or R .
