@chestnutecho that is correct. your keyboard is most likely considered part of the palmrest / upper cover. You did not tell us your exacty computer model but picked the 3440. Use this [document|38743]
Of course, you can always try and remove all of those plastic rivets, then pull the keyboard off. Now, the tricky part would be to attach a new one. You will need to find screws short enough, so as to not come out on the top of your case, while you screw those into the leftover plastic nubs that were the original rivets. It's most likely easier top find a used top case with keyboard and to replace it.
