I just had a look at the images and realistically. Can it be fixed? Maybe. But I do not think it would be worth the time or effort in this case. It would require a lot of work to repair all of the broken electrical traces.
Most circuit boards on complex electronics are multiple layers (the Nintendo Switch included) so even beyond the electric lines on the surface, there are lines below that which could have been severed that will need repairing/rebuilding.
I managed to [link|https://balika011.hu/switch/lite/|find some high resolution photos documenting all the various layers of a Nintendo Switch Lite circuit board|new_window=true]. (it will take a moment to load, and use the w/s keys to cycle up or down through the layers.
You're better off getting a new board in my opinion.
