Innovar L shape table not working

Just bought the innovar triple motor stand. At first the table was working as I’m going up and down. After an hour so it stopped working. When plugged in you can hear a buzzing. The control panel doesn’t show the numbers or turn on. We used different outlet but still doesn’t work. We thnking it might be the power box. Need advice? TYA
