@moisesmonteiro you need to tell us what make and model your computer is. If it is a custom computer, we need to know what motherboard, what memory, what video card, what PSU it has. Let us know if your CPU fan is working.

After that we need to know what you have tried. This sounds like a power supply issue but can also be bad RAM or a bad Video card.
