With dell latitudes, its pretty easy to fix the button. Try removing the button entirely and see if the membrane is stuck between the plastic little things it has to keep the membrane in place, and if that wont work, im sure you can find a replacement keyboard for your computer like the one here: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Keyboard-Latitude-343NN-0343NN/dp/B07DYT2X3M
