@hrushikesh86167 that is to be expected. Once you connect the nebulizer the pressure needed to nebulize the medication is what is placing extra torque requirements on the machine. IT is not a matter of how much work your machine performs, the only thing that matters is how well it nebulizes the medication.

Of course, you always want to make sure that the container that holds the med as well as the nebulizer/mask as cleaned and replaced as per manufacturer.
