-I’ve solved this issue and posted in above comments. Carbon motor brushes are worn out. Cheap replacements and back in business! The only $@$*!& thing is you have to take every single piece of the vacuum apart to get to the motor to remove the carbon brushes and then you have to remember how to put it all back together so you can if you can manage to do that then you’re only gonna be spending like 10 to 15 bucks to fix it and it’s like its Brand new! I had to take mine apart seven times to figure it out. Ha ha.
