First of all. We’re all on this fixing train together and sometimes “oops I dropped it when I was trying to fix it,” is part of the journey. You endeavored to fix the thing and that’s admirable in and of itself.
Secondly. Yes This is for sure fixable. The one that’s torn off, as you said will need to be secured back down and any solder connections will need to be remade. The other one, you could also replace (which is preferable for longevity’s sake) or you could try the cruder method–put the cable in the connector and tape down so it stays. Or add whatever is necessary to make the cable stay connected (little shims sometimes help). That’s a little harder to do on these style connectors, but you might be able to make it work.
