My printer was jamming on double-sided printing, but NOT single-sided printing. [br]
When the paper makes the 2nd pass back into the printer, my dual white rollers were misaligned with the black rubber rollers. This caused the paper to jam and wrinkle in 2-sided mode. [br]
You can release this unit using the ***GREEN*** tabs, and adjust it horizontally so that all 4 sets of rollers align. [br]
After I re-aligned the rollers, it would print 2-sided without any jams or paper wrinkles.

P.S. Also, be sure to avoid heavy paper; this jams more frequently. 20-pound paper is standard.
