Laurence Ockerse this "flashlight" ***''doesn't''*** use bulbs. It use an LED as a lightsource. This in general are not replaceable but can be repaired. First off there should be a 5 year warranty on this so check to see if you are still covered. If not then you want to tackle the front ring. Use this manual [document|27292] and check around page 16. That should get you to the LCD. Post some really good pictures about what you see and post those with your QUESTION.
