Assuming I understand correctly and you have internet at home, but not in the car, I would say you have data issues. I would talk with your service provider if the following doesn't work:

# Check notification panel for mobile data. Should be on. Wifi calling should be off.
# There are no pending software updates. Make sure you update if there are
# Try a network reset. Search in settings if you can't find it
