I had the same issue and tried all the recommended fixes outlined here, but to no avail. Here’s how I resolved the problem and it’s now working perfectly. BTW, my machine is the K-Elite, which has a removable water reservoir. [br]
Remove the water reservoir then press your finger into the little plastic bladder that the removable water reservoir fits into. You’ll likely notice water will begin to ooze up out of the hole (which suggests there’s still excess water being held inside the machine). [br]
Now turn the machine upside down while continuing to hold your finger on the plastic bladder. You should now see a good bit of water slurp out the top of the machine while holding it upside down. Tilt back and forth to remove all the excess water from the machine. [br]
Next, turn the machine back over, re-install the water reservoir, plug it in and test with a new pod. [br]
This seems like a weird fix but for whatever reason, my K-Elite is now working perfectly after taking the above steps. I’d be interested in knowing if this ‘fix’ works for you as well, so interested in your comments.
