My 2015 Retina Macbook (a1534 - 2746) died—won’t boot or show any response at all except when plugged in it will show the current battery charge and there is no issue with the battery.
I suspect the logic board is just dead, possibly because we were using an Aukey USBC cord to charge the computer after our OEM cord fell apart.
Does anyone have possible fixes beyond replacing the logic board? Otherwise, if I sell for parts, do I need to remove the logic board to protect data on SSD?
