1) You may clean your mobile and then play a high bass song on your mobile
2) then keep your phone work continuesly working for about 2 hours
3) as the processor gets heat up plat the song again to release the hot air inside your mobile then go to sleep with your mobile shut it at power of keep it off all night long and next day delete all your fingerprints then restart your mobile by putting it in flight mode add your finger print it will work I did the same after what happened to my phone
