Thanks for the help, I was having the same issue. Line would pull in when I bumped it. I had the internal piece in upside down. Turning it the right way up fixed my problem.
I was having the same issue. Wind it one way, the string gets pulled in when you bump it. Wind it the other way and the string would release out uncontrolled until it wound itself up or ran out of string. I had the inside piece in upside down. Turned it the correct way after reading this post, and all issues are fixed.
