Screen not interacting after battery and force touch gasket replacemen

Replaced battery  Series 1 due to bulging and also force touch gasket.  Charges fine and repaired without issue. But no screen response to touch. Did not replace screen as it was fine. Broke everything down and reconnected battery and force touch connection. Still no luck. [br]

Should I try again with a new force touch gasket? Do I need to detach and reattach screen? [br]
