I sadly started this thread, and appreciate and commiserate with all your replies. I went to the Apple store before the shutdown, and brought up this thread. The “Genius” told me, if it’s not on an Apple website, we won’t consider this an actual complaint or problem. My Pro Care ends in May 2020, and I’m stuck with this problematic, $2000 MacBook Pro. They did say I could trade it in online, but it takes about 2 months, and or just buy a new one with the new keyboard.
