Out-going calls are not working

I just set up my Honor 8x phone…everything is great but, OUT-GOING CALLS CANNOT NOT BE HEARD BY THE RECIPIENT….PLUS there is lots of static going out to the recipient.

GOING BACK TO SAMSUNG PHONES
