Is it doing this before you use MS Office or do any updates to MS Office 2011? MicroSoft is doing all they can to force you to abandon Office 2011 and force you to update and pay them again for a newer version of Office.
I solved this by doing the install and then not doing any of the updates. Corporate greed strikes again.

OK, let’s take a look at the SSD you installed. Is it backward compatible to Storage Interface:Serial ATA (3 Gb/s)? We know the Samsung 860 EVO drives are but not the WD you used.
