Ps4 is acting strange

I'll turn my ps4 on itll boot up then before it can boot up all the way it turns off and I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back it before it’ll work again, but all it does is turn on try to boot up and turn off again I dont know what to do. Can you help me or should I take it to Gamestop or something?
