Case cracked Power Button Receded Inspiron 15-5547

I've got a laptop here that the case is cracked around the power button and its receded..  Inspiron 15-5547 as above, however mid-disassembly I have this feeling it might be a difficult to repair part.  The plastic itself, and I'm not so sure about the button itself.

Anyone know if the part is even cost effective to replace?
