A1316 Screen flickers and goes off

My Cinema Display will work on occassion but it is very rare. It is always seen by my Macbook Pro but doesn't always show the display. I have another same model screen that I use everyday on the same mac since this one isn't working. What could this be? Power supply? PCB Board or what?
