Not a VIVO XL but a Blu vivo 8

I just my unlocked phone. I set it up and it keeps looping on a security update and blu registration screen for warranty info. Blu has been sent a message, no response, the phone has been poerwed or and reset . I only read we’d so any ideas? The looping security update prevents any other updates?
