Hi. SD memory cards have a physical lock switch on the side of the card. Make sure it is not engaged on the "lock" function. Some memory stick duo cards have a lock switch on the back of the card. These lock switches can sometimes fail and get stuck in locked mode even if the switch is  in the unlocked position. Try using another media card and see what happens. Good luck!
