I'd check your drivers first. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-ac100-notebook-pc-series-touch/8502685/model/8788090 Scroll down to the "Driver-Network" area and download all of the driver's under that drop-down. Install them and restart your PC. If it's still not fixed, please comment below and I help you further.
