My phone keeps restarting over and over again. Can you help?

Unfortunately my phone feel and the screen scattered. It was still working ok until later in the day it just start restarting over and over again.  I had the screen replaced. I tried a factory reset and it didn’t help. Anyone out there can help me sort this problem out?

When I plug it in the battery charge shows.
