You have to to do better than just randomly checking capacitors. Open up the schematic and boardview and test '''''every single output''''' that the PMIC generates. Check for shorts first while there is no power. Chances are you will find an obscure line that is short. Then check downstream on that line to see if the problem is with the downstream circuit (for example, a sensor or camera etc.) or if the PMIC itself is actually damaged. Of course you could just shotgun it and replace IC's until it works but that doesn't help you understand the issue nor help you in identifying problems in the future.
