it appear that you have been having "quite a few" issues w/ this device. You have raised 2 different questions in the last 3 hours for the same device. frankly, I suggest you replace it w/ a new device, or you could have it repaired but considering the possible cost to cover for the motherboard and possibly the LCD (based on your other post) It might be more practical just to get a new one.
