|I would try booting it in minimum configuration. Disconnect everything from the logic board, and then plug it into power. The 2016 and 2017s now auto boot when plugged into power. If it is booting in minimum configuration, then you can add components to see what is causing the problem. If it still does not boot the logic board will need replaced.|
