My Phone wont play video and audio

Texto:

My phone won't play audio and record sound. Then it won't record video, play video, and video on youtube app. I try open youtube from browser and it's work but no sound. In instagram I also have the same problem, it plays video that have no sound. 3 days ago everything was just fine.

Please anyone have any idea?
