Of sure you can do it but i really don't recommend it.
The glass is glued to the LCD with a LOCA glue (it's a UV sensitive glue) so you need specific instruments to disassemble it from the LCD.
Actually you need:
* high temperature air heater
* cutting wire
* a new glass
* a new LOCA glue
* an UV lamp (the one for the ''manicure'' is perfect)
Personally, I did the same work for an old Samsung GS3 and i really had some troubles disassembling the glass from the LCD (the '''LOCA''' glue is '''SUPER STRONG''' so '''you need to heat the surface A LOT''').
MY advice is to spend some money and buy a pre-assembled LCD+GLASS module
