I had the same problem and took mine to the Genius Bar. The tech took one look at it and said, "I know why you're here. Siri won't work, right?" I said, "Yes, how did you know?" He said, "Because the microphone for Siri is embedded into the glass display. This isn't an Apple glass screen; it's third party. You can either put a real Apple glass display on it or replace the entire iPhone." So the takeaway here is don't let anybody replace your screen with anything but Apple glass displays.
