The wifi/bluetooth chip is soldered directly to the motherboard. Sounds like the phone has probably experienced a substantial impact at some point, but there could be other causes. If your frame is bent I find it unlikely that the speaker contacts would have lost contact. Either way, your wifi/bt issue will most likely require a board level to replace the chip. You want to be very selective about what shop you let attempt this. An inexperienced tech could easily make this bad situation worse. Either way, I cant see it costing less than $150 with around a 10 day turn around time. I would personally contact iPad Rehab in New York and ask if they'll take the repair.
