are you sure it's not the battery? did you triy to load it with an other charger?

maybe the battery is low, and the charger is dead..

It is possible that the DC jack is dead, so if you try tocharge it , it will not ...

another possibility : the PCB from the on/off button is dead or the plastic button is broken.

Do you see lights when you try to boot up?

Do you hear sounds? ( HDD, Fan...)
