Apple has elected to fuse the glass with the display and I know of no one yet that has successfully separated them. So you will need a replacement display. Take a look at the teardown: https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/iMac+Intel+21.5-Inch+Retina+4K+Display+Teardown/51098[guide|51098]
