1.Repair your home button.

1.Repair your power button. The button is part of your power flex, also check [https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPhone+4S+Power+Button+Replacement/7284|on here]

2.Could be a bad battery or your battery connector as well as the components around it. Check for broken/missing ones.

3.This could be caused by a time/date error. Set the time/date manually. When you have set the date and time, remove the sim card and put it back in. Also, try putting it into airplane mode with the sim card in then take the phone out of airplane mode. Worst case is a bad inductor (proverbial "blue coil" or the WiFi IC)
