I'm going to guess probably not. European power is not just 220V instead of 110V its also 50Hz instead of 60Hz. Your computer is able to run on either the 50Hz 220V or the north american 110V 60Hz because its ultimately transforming both to DC that is usable by your computer. Thats not the case with how a coffee maker works. A coffee maker at its most basic is a water pump (likely AC) and a heating element (more than likely AC) Now, that being said, I don't have any idea what model coffee maker you're specifically talking about. I don't even like coffee.
