UPDATE** I sent my tablet in Aug 29th and they received it in two days. I followed up in the 2nd week of October (around 5 weeks) and they told me my tablet was being tested. I waited two more weeks and called back and they told me that since it has been more than the "normal" time that I would get a call from a supervisor. I waited three days and eventually called back and requested a supervisor "Jose". Jose went to the lab and got additional information on why it was taken so long and called me back. long story short they sent my tablet with the port repaired and a new charging cable. Hopefully this time it will last and won't have to deal with the runaround.
