Seeing as there's all this talk about this issue, I've created a thread on [http://www.ifixit.com/Discuss/thread/21541|Discuss] where we can all discuss and talk about this issue, please go there and post about it (causes, solutions, preventative measures, etc.) and maybe we can figure a few things out.
(I'm posting this as an Answer as it might lead to a solution and so it'll be more noticeable to people than a hidden comment, there seem to be a ton of new people right here)
